Most of the animation, graphics, and page backgrounds that you see on the GalacticLightWeaver, the Birdtribes, and the One earth Network websites have been created by BirdTribes. They are copyrighted by the BirdTribesNetwork and all rights are reserved - they may not be used without permission in writing.
However, this is just a general legal protection, and there is one major exception to this rule! All members of the BirdTribes One Earth Network who are current members of the One Earth Network System
have licence to use any and all parts of the BirdTribesNetwork graphics collection without attribution! The collection includes most of the graphics and animations on the Cd Rom and the websites and more.
Attribution of authorship to the BirdTribesnetwork and/or a link to the website
would be appreciated but is not complulsory.
They can be used on whatever webpages members create on their Permaworld web hosting space or on other sites. They can modify them and also use them in commercial projects such as advertising or multimedia shows. The only restrictions for current DiamondAbundanceSystem members are that the images cannot be redistributed or sold without being substantially and significantly altered - for instance you cannot just put these images on Tshirts that are then sold, nor upload them to CafePress or any similar website and sell mugs made out of them ! Nor can you claim ownership or authorship of the images or animations.
Basically everything in the 'GalacticLightWeaver/graphicscollection' folder of the CDrom and its subfolder called 'tiles'.
Also all the flash animation .swf files in the 'GalacticLightWeaver/Flash' folder but NOT its subfolders.

The collection does NOT include any images that contain recognisable faces of individuals.
Nor cover graphics of books or CDs that are included for advertising purposes.
Nor cover art and other images belonging to the musicians on the CD or website.
Nor the Heart Coherence teams StarMother Sacred Geometry animations.
Nor images of the UniversalYogamandal poster, the TimeTraveller SacredGeometry, the GoldenChaliceProducts.
Nor Permaworld logos and images, SaleFlurry and CommissionJunction images.
Nor images of CafePress products.
Nor any images which are noted as belonging to other persons.
Nor any of the videos included on the disc or website.
Nor the images of other artists work included on the Beauty page in referance to their websites.
The collection also does Not include a number of images that whilst we have altered them substancially are still recognisably owing their inspiration to other peoples work. This includes the GalacticLightWeaver cover graphic which uses a beautiful painting by Andrew Gonzalez by permission.
To find the images on your GalacticLightWeaver CDrom disc go to MyComputer,
then the CDrom drive, then the folder called 'GalacticLightWeaver', then the folder called 'graphicscollection',
To find the flash animations on your GalacticLightWeaver CDrom disc go to MyComputer,
then the CDrom drive, then the folder called 'GalacticLightWeaver', then the folder called 'Flash'. (Please remember the subfolders of the 'Flash' folder are NOT included)
Most of the images on the disc are fairly low resolution and file size. They look okay on the screen or through a projector but probably wont print very large without the lack of resolution being very apparent. If you particularly need a higher resolution version of something you are welcome to enquire by emailing us through the link below. Having said this - you will still find a few images in the collection that are too big for your average webpage though.
Likewise with the Flash animations we have not supplied the source files but if you are working for PlanetaryAwakening and have a particular purpose that requires them then please contact us using the link below.
Flash animations are often very scalable and can look good at a wide range of sizes. If you are opening them outside of a browser pressing ctrl+F will make them go full screen. Right clicking on them and selecting 'quality = low or medium' may make them play faster and smoother. If you are using them on an html page you will have to set the quality, the size, and the background transparency, through the html code.
